  • SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS
    We offer summer camps to enhance your performance or for physical preparation, within the centre and on the field, helping you improve your performance and physical abilities regarding your sport, during the off-season or before the season begins.

      • From three to five training sessions per week, weekdays only

Athletik Consultants also offers therapeutic care, ranging from osteopathy to massage therapy and nutrition services. Through this expertise, we want to help you enhance your health and your sport performances, as well as help you recuperate and prevent injuries. We also want to help you safely resume your activity. These services are available to anyone, even those who do not use our training facility.

  • MASSAGE THERAPY
    We practice Swedish massages, which is the most common type of massage. It helps treat muscular tensions, diminishes stress and enables recuperation.
    We also offer sport massages (before and after competitions), massages for pregnant women and hot stone massages.
    Rates : Swedish and others : $55 plus tax for 60 min.
    $75 plus tax for 90 min.

    Our sport or traditional nutrition service will guide you towards better choices regarding the food you eat, and allows you to enjoy a balanced menu according to your health needs. You can seek out our help for various reasons:
